How do I make a purchase on élanstreet?

At élanstore, we offer a range of curated apparel and accessories. You can pay for your shopping in the following ways:

  • Debit cards (All major Indian banks)
  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard)
  • Netbanking (All major Indian banks)
  • Cash on Delivery, if applicable in your location.

I have a coupon code. How do I use it?

That’s simple! Enter your coupon code during checkout and you’re done. Please note that your coupon codes may be valid for a limited period only.

How do i use my Elan Credit?

One elan credit can be redeemed for one rupees at the time of checkout. 

I need some assistance while choosing my products , what can i do ?

At elanstreet you have multiple options  for your style queries. You can choose to chat with us over the chat window or explore the various styling services we offer from basic advisory service to product curation . To know more visit our style section .

When can I expect my delivery?

Our sellers do their best to deliver your order within the period specified in the individual product pages. This does not include public holidays and Sundays.

Why do some products take longer to deliver?

The time of delivery depends on the seller’s location as well as your own. The further away you stay, the longer it may take for our sellers and courier partners to deliver your order. We do our best to ensure timely deliveries.

I have pre-ordered a product. When will it be ready?

Pre-ordering allows you to book a product before it has launched. The duration for the products to be made available is specified in individual product pages.

What is made to measure?

A selection of our products is customized and will be tailored only after you place an order. It takes into account your body type and measurements, and will be made exclusively for you.

Why does my made to measure purchase have a longer delivery period?

All made-to-measure and customized items are tailored only after you have placed the order. As a result, they take longer than ready-to-wear items. The estimated delivery period for made-to-measure pieces is specified in the individual product pages.

Can I customize my regular purchases?

Some sellers allow small customization in products when you place an order. Please check individual product pages to make sure it’s available for your choices.

What if I don’t have a card or Netbanking facilities?

We offer Cash on Delivery (CoD) in many locations. Enter your pin code in the product page (one-time entry) to make sure the facility is available in your area.

Why don’t you offer CoD facilities in my location?

CoD services depend on the ability of our courier partners to accept cash payment during delivery at your address. We are constantly in the process of adding new locations to our list.

I’ve used Cash on Delivery services before, but can’t seem to do it this time. Is there a problem?

If you’ve purchased a product priced at higher than Rs.10000, or chosen pre-ordered and customized items, CoD services will not apply. The availability may also be subject to the policies of our courier partners and likely to change from time to time.


What about taxes and extra charges?

All the prices listed on our website are inclusive of taxes. NO hidden charges during checkout, we assure you


I just bought something very fragile. How will you pack it?

All purchases from the website are carefully packed to prevent any damage. Fragile products are bubble-wrapped for extra care. A special élanstreet package offers waterproof cover for all your purchases.

How can I cancel my order?

You can conveniently cancel your order within 48 hours of placing an order (before the item is shipped). To initiate cancellation, call Customer Care at +91-80-69403500. If an item has been shipped before you can cancel, please accept the order and initiate a return request. We’ll offer a cash refund or store credits in lieu of the returned item, at our discretion.

Will I incur any extra charges for cancelling my order after it is shipped?

No, you will not be charged extra for cancelling your order. The cancellation will be processed in the form of a simple return.

What if I find the package open on delivery?

We try our best to ensure that your products remain tamper-proof. Please do not accept any package if it is unsealed or torn.

I have received the wrong size. How do I exchange it?

We offer a simple replacement policy for most clothing and accessory items. Email us at [email protected] or call at +91-80-69403500 to get the process started. Check our Return & Refund policy for more details, and products eligible for return.

Do you accept return/exchange for all products?

For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to accept lingerie, swimsuits, and unsealed beauty products for return/exchange. Jewellery is only accepted due to manufacturing defects. Complimentary gifts are not returned/exchanged either.No returns are possible for made-to-measure products.

I want to return/exchange only a few of my purchases. What do I do?

No problem. Our Customer Care team will process only the specified products for return/exchange.

How long will it take to process the return/exchange of my products?

Once you’ve placed a request, our Customer Care team will arrange a convenient time with our courier partners for pickup within 7 days. Your products will be inspected on return and we’ll process your return/exchange within 48-72 working hours of receiving the product.

What if a replacement for my product is not available?

In case we are unable to offer a replacement, we give you store credits or a full cash refund at our discretion.

I don’t want the replacement you offer, anymore. What’s my way out?

If you don’t want your product replaced as per our terms of exchange, we offer a cash refund or store credits in lieu of the returned item.

Does élanstreet deliver internationally?

At the moment, we deliver only in India. You can place an order from anywhere in the world, as long as the delivery address is located within India.

How do I check the current status of my order?

You can track every order you place in your account page. We will also update you with the status of orders through email and SMS notifications.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We currently do not offer gift wrapping for our products. However, it’s in the works and you can expect the facility on our website soon.
