    Congratulations! You’ve arrived at the hottest new fashion destination in town and your élanstore shopping cart is ready. Before you check out, go through our shipping policies to ensure a smooth delivery process for your goodies. It is short and sweet, and we promise it won’t take more than five minutes to read.

    Shipping and delivery

    We ship all orders within a period of seven days, or as specifically stipulated in individual product pages subject to terms and conditions. As per our élan assure policy, all deliveries within India is free of charge.

    Our store partners do their best to procure and ship all ordered items within the specified timelines. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. The shipping period depends on the following factors:

    • Product availability
    • Seller location.
    • Your location
    Shipping customized products

    We stock an assortment of designer apparel and accessories and made-to-measure items at élanstore. A selection of products may also allow additional customization during time of order. In case of designer products, customization, and pre-ordered items, the estimated delivery period is likely to be longer and will be stipulated in individual product pages.

    Taxes and additional rates

    Prices shown on the website are inclusive of all domestic taxes, including any VAT, sales tax, octroi, etc, that may apply to the products. There are NO hidden charges when you buy from élanstreet. Any coupons or credits that apply to the products can be entered during checkout to adjust the pricing. 

    Delivery charges are not hidden charges. Any extra delivery charges (if at all) depend on the individual seller's shipping policy.Presently delivery is free within India.

     

    Customs & import duties: Our prices do not reflect the custom or import duties of the country of delivery in case of International delivery .You might have to pay additional duties depending on your country tax rules for custom clearance before the product can be delivered to you. Our courier partners will coordinate with you for the same once the package reaches your shores.

    Customer location

    We reach out to major Indian cities and towns, and are in the process of adding more locations to our list. To know whether an item qualifies for shipping to your location, type in your pin code in the product page (one-time entry). If you don’t enter your location until checkout, the pin code in your shipping address is used to verify serviceability.

    Whether we can deliver to your address also depends on any legal restrictions that may apply to shipping particular products to your location, and the availability of reliable courier partners in proximity to your address. Sometimes, sellers may not be able to make particular items available at all locations – such policies are entirely at their discretion.

    Cash on Delivery (CoD)

    We offer Cash on Delivery services wherever applicable (only within India). The availability of CoD depends on the ability of our courier partners servicing your location to accept cash payments at the time of delivery. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if CoD facilities are available in your location.

    CoD is not offered on premium products, priced at higher than Rs.10000 (ten thousand), pre-ordered items and customized products.

    Our courier partners may have additional limits on the cash amount payable on delivery, depending on location. Do note that if your order value exceeds these limits, CoD services will not apply. 

    Returns and exchange

    We have a convenient return and exchange policy. Do check our return and refund policy and FAQs for more details before getting in touch to initiate a return. A member of our Customer Care team will get in touch with further details once you have started the process.

    International shipping

    Currently, élanstreet delivers  all items within India. You can, however, check the delivery availability of the product  for an international location before purchase. For curation /online personal shopping services we currently source products only from India.

    Please note that the delivery address, even for orders placed from international locations,is preferred within  India. In case you absolutely love any product ,you can drop in a mail at [email protected], our stylists will check feasibility of shipping to your country from the seller or help you create a customised garment and have it shipped to you .
